GP or other clinician appointments

If you would like to speak to or see a clinician regarding an acute or ongoing medical issue you can get in touch with us by using our online form or calling the practice on 01406 423288 between 8am and 12pm.

All phone requests are now triaged by our clinical team so please do not ask our reception team to book you in to see a doctor. If you cannot use the online tool, our reception team will put the request on for you by asking you a series of questions. It is important that you give as much information as possible to allow our clinicians to triage your request effectively.

Nurse Appointments

If you have been asked to book a blood test or require a vaccination, you can get in touch with us by calling the practice on 01406 423288. Our reception team will help you get booked in with the relevant clinician.

Evening and weekend GP appointments are available at practices in the Primary Care Network area.

You can see a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional based on the nature of your problem.

This service is known as “Enhanced Access”.  There are a group of GP practices that work together to offer local services, as there is more than one practice within the PCN that you can go to; these practices are Littlebury Holbeach, Bourne Galletly, Abbeyview Crowland, Gosberton and Deepings Practice.

You will be told at the time of booking the appointment, which surgery you will be going to.  The times for these appointments are normally between 18.30-20.00 Monday to Friday and between 8.00-17.00 on a Saturday.  These appointments are all pre-booked.

The Healthcare Professional will have access to your medical records, so your full medical history will be known and can be updated.

Appointments must be booked in advance by speaking to the reception staff at Holbeach Medical Centre.

Please note that this is NOT an emergency service.
